Configure your tickets to match your venue limits and maximize sales velocity.

Ticket Types

Epic supports flexible ticket setups:

  • Early Bird: Discounted passes with limited capacity to drive initial momentum.
  • General Admission (GA): Your primary ticket category.
  • VIP Pass / Table Booking: Premium tickets giving access to exclusive zones or drinks.

Setting Capacities

Strict capacity caps prevent overselling:

  1. Set the Max Capacity for each ticket tier.
  2. Once reached, tickets automatically display as Sold Out.
Warning: Ensure your total capacity limits align strictly with the local safety and fire regulations of your venue.

Custom Promos & Discounts

Boost conversion rates by creating custom discount codes (e.g. EARLYVIP10) under the Promo Codes tab in your dashboard.
