Gate Check-in & Scanner Setup

On the night of the event, smooth check-in at the gate is crucial. Here is how to verify passes instantly using a smartphone:

Step 1: Assign Verification Staff

1. Navigate to your event settings and select Invite Crew.
2. Enter the email addresses of your gate staff to send them a secure access token.
3. Crew members will only have scanning permissions; they cannot edit your event.

Step 2: Scanning Tickets

1. Gate agents should log into the portal on their smartphones and select Verify Tickets.
2. Point the camera at the attendee's ticket QR code.
3. The screen will display a green verification state for active passes, or an error banner for invalid/already-scanned passes.
