Create Your First Event

Welcome to the Epic Organiser platform! Getting your first event listed and ready to sell takes less than 5 minutes. Follow these simple steps to go live:

Step 1: Access the Onboarding Wizard

  1. Sign in to your account at app.epicscene.in.
  2. Go to your Organiser Dashboard and tap Create Event.

Step 2: Event Details

Provide high-energy, clear copy for your event page:

  • Event Title: Keep it short and impactful.
  • Description: Describe the vibe, music genres, artists, and age constraints.
  • Date & Time: Set precise start and end times.
  • Venue Location: Pin your venue correctly so attendees can navigate to it via GPS.

Step 3: Visual Vibe

Upload a high-resolution portrait graphic (ratio 4:5 is ideal). This is the visual identity of your event on the discovery feed. Make it look premium!

Tip: High contrast flyer graphics with clean text work best. Avoid cluttered layouts as most users will view this on a mobile screen.
